I was skeptical at first, but after getting it set up and running it for a few weeks, I'm sold. This bot really does work well. Our house is mostly hardwood, with a few area rugs here and there. The mop function works great and does a very nice job of keeping the floors clean. The bot also does a very good job on the rugs. The vacuum power of this bot is higher than most and it uses a soft rubber roller brush to help pull dirt up out of the carpet. The best news is that this bot can get under the beds. This feature alone was worth the price of entry. Now I can look under the beds and not be horrified by the amount of dust bunnies under there. The proof of how good this bot works is in the dirty water tank that the bot dispenses the used cleaning water into. After the first pass through the house, the water in the dirty water tank was black. I was amazed at how well the mopping function worked. The bot does a great job of avoiding obstacles and it has never gotten itself into a situation where it couldn't get out. The apps works "ok", but it could use some improvements. You can schedule cleaning of specific rooms at specific times and, using the map, you can segment your house into different areas. There are some bugs in the app that will hopefully be addressed as updates in the app store. All in all, this bot really does work well and we are very happy with its performance. Yes, I would buy this unit again.
